One of the world's most powerful and formidable naval aircraft carriers, the USS Theodore Roosevelt, is due in South African waters early in October. The exact date of arrival of the super-carrier and mission destination cannot be released due to security surrounding the nuclear-powered vessel and her carrier task force.
